Hotel Le Mong Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the hotel and users regarding the use of the services provided by Hotel Le Mong (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms of Use)
① These Terms of Use will be posted on the hotel website, reservation platform, and front desk.
② The hotel may change these Terms of Use if necessary, and will notify users of any changes at least 7 days in advance.

Article 3 (Reservations and Payment)
① Room reservations are available to guests aged 19 or older.
② Reservations will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within 24 hours of making a reservation. ③ Payment Methods: Credit Card, Check Card, Bank Transfer, On-Site Payment

Article 4 (Cancellation and Refund)
① Cancellation Fee:

7 days prior: 10%

5-6 days prior: 30%

3-4 days prior: 50%

1-2 days prior: 80%

Same-day: No refund for same-day cancellations.

Article 5 (Rules of Use)
① Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM
② Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Weekdays), 12:00 AM (Weekends)
③ No-Show: Failure to check in by 10:00 PM on the day of reservation will result in cancellation of the reservation and a full penalty.

Article 6 (Hotel Obligations)
① Provide safe and pleasant service.
② Comply with personal information protection obligations.

Article 7 (User Obligations)
① Do not damage hotel facilities.
② Do not make noise or engage in any behavior that may disturb other guests.
③ Smoking in the guest room will result in a cleaning fee of KRW 100,000.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
① Do not engage in any behavior not specified in these Terms and Conditions. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices.
② In the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction over the hotel's location shall be the court of first instance.

Article 9 (Other)
① The hotel shall not be liable for any service interruption due to natural disasters, equipment failure, etc.
② The hotel shall not accept refund requests due to a simple change of mind.

Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM / Check-out Time: Weekdays (Sun-Thu) - Before 11:00 AM the following day / Friday, Saturday - Before 12:00 PM the following day

Rates apply: Weekdays (Sun-Thu), Weekends (Fri, Sat),
*Excluding peak season

Breakfast: Breakfast provided based on basic occupancy (morning buffet)
Breakfast (morning buffet) Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Amenities: All rooms have Wi-Fi, electric kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, bottled water, Netflix/Wave, bidet, and other hygiene products
